The Manual of the Pedagogical Group of Process says how the Daturoma is passed on from one generation to the next: not only as theory, but as lived experience.

A scout-pedagogical group

• Kosmovia said what the school of process should be; this manual says how it is done, week after week. It is a scout-pedagogical group that transmits and embodies the values, concepts and practices of the Daturoma through direct experience, nature, play and community.
• From the scout tradition it keeps what the ontology of process confirms —the patrol system, outdoor life, progression by stages, rites of passage— and reforms what carried an ontology of substances: responsibilities rotate instead of forming a hierarchy, badges are deepened or given back instead of piling up, and no program may be only yang (adventure, noise, competition) or only yin (silence, rules, confinement).

It is not receiving a content-thing. Four verbs replace the verb to know: instantiate, read, oscillate, transmit.

Four grades + one

Inherited from Kosmovia unchanged: entitative (Ξ, belonging), structural (Θ, bonding), energetic (Φ, circulating), stochastic (Ω, regulating) and hamiltonian (balancing). Each grade is certified in three registers —living, reading and transmitting—: without the third there is no grade.

Age ≠ grade

Four age branches cross the five grades, each with its own unit of reading: the Branch of the Pole (7–10), of the Edge (11–13), of the Landa (14–17) and of the Systence (18–21).

Rites are chains of landas

They are not paths within one landa: separation and reincorporation are whole landas, and the threshold is the linking pole (p₄ = p₁, the Kosmacrux rule).

The problem of the sign, solved

The 48 hamiltonian landas all have an extreme sign, so the school cannot be a fixed hamiltonian: it is hamiltonian in each season, and its year is the cycle that links a yang one and a yin one through two neutral bridges —eight yang poles and eight yin—. The Crossing of the hamiltonian grade is that same cycle, walked by one person in four to six days.

Care is the condition of every trial

The manual sets a code of conduct, a child-protection protocol, adult-to-child ratios, protocols for solitude, fire, water and night, and an explicit list of what is forbidden: hazing, secrets, induced fear, deprivation, labeling someone with a pole or a landa.
